
After returning from Guangzhou, China with honors, the Southern California participating group "Qiao's Family" was invited to participate in the inauguration and Christmas New Year celebration of the Southern California Cantonese People's Association. They presented a wonderful performance at the party, including a choir, a female duet, and a male duet. The atmosphere was lively and won warm applause from guests, once again showcasing their profound Cantonese music heritage and stage charm.

The first Chinese Cantonese Singing Competition of "Yue Chang Yue Qiang" 2025 has recently come to a successful conclusion. The participating group "Qiao's Family" (Qiao Ping, Su Jiafang, Qiao Xin, Li Li) from Southern California, with their sincere and touching performances and profound family cultural heritage, advanced all the way from the Southern California region to the global semi-finals and successfully stepped onto the stage of the World Finals held in Guangzhou, China.

The World Finals will be held on March 12, 2025 (Wednesday) at the Guangzhou Health Ark in China, bringing together outstanding Cantonese singers from around the world for intense competition.

The Qiao family "is a family group full of musical emotions, in which Qiao Ping and Qiao Xin are biological brothers; Qiao Ping and Su Jiafang are husband and wife, Qiao Xin and Li Li are husband and wife, and the two are sisters in law. Four members jointly performed Cantonese works "Moonlight" and "Eating in Guangzhou" in the finals, with "Moonlight" being an original work created by their father Qiao Fei.

The family singing Cantonese songs created by their father on the same stage not only showcases deep family emotions, but also vividly reflects the intergenerational inheritance of Cantonese music in the family, with sincere emotions and strong infectivity.

With outstanding stage performance and positive significance for the inheritance of Cantonese culture, "Qiao's Family" ultimately won the "Best Inheritance Award" at the 2025 First Chinese Cantonese Singing Competition · World Finals, receiving unanimous recognition from the judges.
This award not only recognizes their musical strength, but also showcases the commitment and continuation of Cantonese culture by overseas Chinese families, adding a bright light to the Southern California Chinese community on the international Cantonese cultural stage.
