My visits to Mengcao Seed Industry and Yili Dairy gave me a more intuitive and profound understanding of the autonomous region's development achievements and strategic positioning, leaving me feeling greatly inspired and encouraged. Under the guidance of the "1571" work plan, Inner Mongolia's development achievements are truly impressive: stable grain production and supply, with external shipments consistently ranking among the highest in the country, demonstrating a solid foundation as a "grain basket"; leading the nation in beef, mutton, milk, and cashmere production, with strong brands as a "meat storehouse," "milk tank," and "cashmere capital."
My visits to Mengcao Seed Industry and Yili Dairy further reinforced the strength of Mengcao's "seed core" technology and Yili's industry benchmark effect, truly confirming that "the autonomous region is full of treasures"; electricity transmission has ranked first in the country for 21 consecutive years, and the new energy industry is rapidly rising; activating innovation momentum with "intellectual productivity," and upgrading industries such as rare earth, the "two barriers, two bases, and one bridgehead" strategy is yielding tangible results. Poland is a major agricultural country in Europe, with strong capabilities in agricultural modernization, agricultural product processing, and seed research and development. It also has an urgent need for energy transformation.
These aspects are highly complementary to our region's resource endowments and industrial advantages. Both sides can deepen cooperation in three main areas: firstly, cooperation in the agricultural and livestock product industry chain, connecting our region's raw materials with Polish technology and the European market; secondly, collaborative innovation in agricultural science and technology and seed industry, supporting our region's "seed core" project; and thirdly, leveraging the China-Europe freight train, using Poland as a hub to promote green energy cooperation and cross-border trade linkages. As an overseas committee member of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and President of the Polish Chinese Chamber of Commerce, I am deeply aware of the responsibility I bear.
I always remember Chairman Honghua's instruction to "use overseas Chinese as a bridge": I strive to be a good communicator, leveraging the network of overseas Chinese communities to tell the story of Inner Mongolia to Poland and Europe and promote cooperation opportunities; I actively act as a facilitator, focusing on key areas, connecting with overseas resources, and promoting bilateral exchanges and cooperation; and I diligently participate, offering suggestions, attracting talent and investment, and contributing to the development of Inner Mongolia.
With strong winds and surging tides, we will strive forward with determination. I will forge ahead with the spirit of the Mongolian horse, building a bridge of cooperation between Inner Mongolia, Poland, and Europe, and tirelessly working for the construction of our motherland and the high-quality development of Inner Mongolia!
